AMD A10-4600M

AMD A10-4600, Trinity mimarisi tabanlı mobil quad-core işlemci. Resmi olarak 2012 yılının ikinci çeyreğinde Llano serisi A işlemcilerin yeni versiyonu olarak karşımıza çıktı ve şu an için en hızlı mobil Trinity işlemci. İşlemciler 32nm ile üretilmekte olup 2.3 ile 3.2GHz aralığında saat hızına sahip. Dahili olarak Radeon HD 7660G grafik kartı ile bellek kontrolörü ve video işlemciler gelmekte.

İşlemci çekirdekleri Bulldozer mimarisinin yeniden elden geçirilmiş hali olan Piledriver tabanlı. Her ne kadar quad-core işlemciler olarak pazarlansalar da, A10-4600M sadece 2 modelinde 4 çekirdek ole gelmekte. Sonuç olarak işlemci gerçek bir quad-core değil.

Önceki Bulldozer çekirdekleri ile kıyaslanıldığında AMD saat başına komut oranını geliştirmeyi başarmış. Ancak Llaono işlemciler ile kıyaslanıldığında performans artışı o kadar yüksek değil. Geliştirilmiş Turbo Core 3.0 fonksiyonlar tek komulut performansta iyi bir hızlanma sağlarken, Intel'in Turbo Boost'u ile aynı seviyelerde değil. Yine de AMD, AVX ve AES gibi özellikleri eklemeyi başarmış.

Dahili DirectX 11 uyumlu Radeon HD 7660G, 384 shader çekirdeği ile gelmekte ve Turbo çekirdeği sayesinde 497 ile 686 MHz aralığında hızı değişmekte. Ortalama performans olarak bakıldığında HD 7660G, harici Radeon HD 6650M ile kıyaslanabilir ve hatta Intel HD Graphics 4000'den farkedilir şekilde daha hızlı.

A10-4600M'in güç tüketimi 35 Watt olmakla beraber, orta seviye Ivy Bridge işlemcilerle kıyaslanabilir. Sonuç olarak A10-4600M, 14 inç ve üstü notebooklar için ideal.
