AMD A4-5000

AMD A4-5000 alt sınıf laptoplar için üretilen ve 2013 ortasında piyasaya sürülen 1.5 GHz saat hızına sahip ve dahili grafik kartı ile gelen quad-core işlemci.

Mimari

Kabini (notebooklar için) ve Temash (tablet ve kompakt notebooklar için) modellerinin ikisi de AMD'nin yeni Jaguar mimarisini kullanmakta ve eski Bobcat modellerinin yerini almakta. AMD'ye göre saat başına performans %15 kadar arttırılmış. Ek olarak yeni komut setleri de eklenmiş.

Performans

1.5 GHzlik düşük saat hızından ötürü zayıf şekilde paralelize edilmiş uygulamalarda performans eski E2-1800 işlemciden sadece biraz daha iyi. Eğer 4 çekirdekte aktif şekilde kullanılırsa performans Sandy Bridge tabanlı Core i3-2377M ile eş değer. Ofis ve gündelik işlemler için A4-5000 yeterli güce sahip. Ancak performans gerektiren uygulama ve oyunlarda limitlerine ulaşıyor.

Grafikler

SoC 128 shadera sahip Radeon HD 8330 grafik kartı ile gelmekte. Ortalamada grafik kartı Radeon HD 7470M veya Intel HD Graphics 4000 ile eşdeğer. Bu sayede çoğu oyun oynanabilmekte. Ancak sadece eski ve performans gerektirmeyen oyunlar akıcı şekilde çalışacaktır.

Güç tüketimi

Tüm çipin güç tüketimi 15 Watt dolaylarında. Bu sayede A4-5000 eski modellere göre biraz daha ekonomik ve küçük notebooklar için ideal.
