AMD R9 7900

AMD Ryzen 9 7900X, Raphael serisinin hızlı bir üst düzey masaüstü işlemcisidir. Hyperthreading (24 iş parçacığı) destekleyen Zen 4 mimarisine dayalı 12 çekirdek sunar. Çekirdeklerin saat hızı 4,7 (temel) ile 5,7 GHz (tek çekirdekli güçlendirme) arasındadır. Tüm 12 çekirdek tam olarak yüklendiğinde, 5,1 GHz maksimum saat hızıdır. 7900X, piyasaya sürüldüğünde en hızlı ikinci Ryzen'dir ve yalnızca 4 çekirdek daha fazla olan Ryzen 9 7950X tarafından geçilmiştir.

R9 7900X'in performansı, eski Ryzen 9 7950X'ten açıkça daha iyi Ryzen 9 5900X geliştirilmiş mimari ve modern 5nm süreci sayesinde. Intel Raptor Lake Core i9-13700K ile karşılaştırıldığında tek çekirdek performansı biraz daha düşük ve çok çekirdek performansı biraz daha hızlıdır. Oyun performansı biraz daha düşük ve ortalama olarak Core i5-13600K ile aynı seviyede ve eski Ryzen 7 5800X3D'den de daha düşük.

Raphael serisi hala 5nm'de iki CCD kümesi (her biri 8 olası çekirdekli) ve 6nm'de bir IO kalıbı (bellek denetleyicisi ve Radeon Graphics iGPU dahil) içeren bir çiplet tasarımı kullanıyor.
