MacBook Air veya XPS 13 gibi güçlü alternatifler varken Lenovo'un ThinkPad X1 Carbon serisini güçlü tutması zor. En son modelimiz önceki modellere göre daha detaylı ve iyi hissettiriyor. WWAN desteği ile bazı alıcıları da cezbedebilir.

Peki Core i5 FHD modeli Core i7 WQHD modeline göre daha iyi kullanım zamanı ve düşük sıcaklıklar sunuyor mu? Aslında batarya kullanımı çok benzer ama yüzey sıcaklıkları biraz daha düşük belki birkaç derece. Bu iki model arasındaki ufak farklar da aslında daha pahalı modeli sunduğu daha fazla hız, renk aralığı ve ekran yüzünden daha makul kılıyor.

Core i5 modelinin performansı beklenenden daha düşük, özellikle tek çekirdekli işlemlerde. FHD modelin PWM kullanmamasını belki en önemli farklılığı.
