MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra

2023 yılının 4. çeyreğinde sunulan MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra, 4 nm süreci kullanılarak üretilen ARM tabanlı bir SoC (çip üzerinde sistem). Özellikle Android akıllı telefonlarda kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır ve performans açısından alt üst sınıfta yer almaktadır. 5G SA dahil olmak üzere mevcut tüm mobil iletişim standartlarını desteklemektedir.

CPU, iki kümeye ayrılan toplam sekiz çekirdekle çalışır. İlk küme, 3,35 GHz'e kadar çalışan bir ARM Cortex-A715 güç çekirdeği içerir. Buna ek olarak, 3,2 GHz'lik 3 ARM Cortex-A715 çekirdeği daha vardır. İkinci küme, 2,2 GHz'lik dört ARM Cortex-A510 enerji tasarruflu çekirdek içerir. RAM olarak LPDDR5 RAM kullanılabiliyor ve dahili bellek olarak UFS 4.0 destekleniyor.

Önceki modelle karşılaştırıldığında MediaTek Dimensity 8200-Ultra mediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra'nın yüzde 20'ye kadar daha yüksek CPU performansı ve yüzde 60'a kadar daha yüksek GPU performansı sunduğu söyleniyor. Üreticiye göre, CPU ve GPU için enerji verimliliği de artmıştır (+%30/+%55).

Bağlantı açısından, 5,17 GBit/s'ye kadar teorik en yüksek indirme hızına sahip çift 5G'nin yanı sıra WiFi 6E ve Bluetooth 5.4 de mevcut.

Mediatek Dimensity 8300-Ultra, Xiaomi için özel olarak uyarlanmış ve kamera ISP'sinde iyileştirmeler içeren, aksi takdirde aynı olan Mediatek Dimensity 8300'ün bir çeşididir. Kamera verilerinin işlenmesinden bir Imagiq 980 görüntü işlemcisi sorumludur. Video kayıtları 60 fps'de 4K'ya kadar desteklenmektedir.

Entegre kamera ARM Mali-G615 MC6 grafik birimi 2.960 x 1.440 piksele (WQHD+) kadar çözünürlüğe ve 120 Hz'e kadar yenileme hızına sahip ekranları kontrol edebilir. Full HD+ ile 180 Hz'e kadar bile mümkündür.
