UNISOC T750

Unisoc T750 (Tanggula, eski Spreadtrum), Android tabanlı akıllı telefonlar ve tabletler için orta sınıf bir SoC'dir. İki kümeli sekiz çekirdekli bir CPU'yu entegre eder. İki hızlı ARM Cortex-A76 çekirdeği 2 GHz'e kadar saat hızında ve altı küçük ARM-Cortex-A55 çekirdeği yine verimlilik için 1,8 GHz'e kadar saat hızında. Daha hızlı T760 SoC iki adet daha fazla A76 çekirdeği, daha hızlı bir GPU ve daha hızlı bir bellek denetleyicisi sunar.

Entegre bellek denetleyicisi 1866 MHz'e kadar LPDDR4X'i destekler. Entegre ISP iki ana kamerayı destekler (64 MPix'e kadar). Entegre grafik kartı bir ARM Mali-G57 MC2 (2 çekirdek) 680 MHz'e kadar. Entegre modem Wi-Fi 5 WLAN, 5G (TDD+FDD CA Sub-6GHz) ve Cat15DL / Cat18 UL LTE'yi destekler.

Çip modern 6nm sürecinde üretilmiştir.
