Ryzen 7 9700X, Thermaltake TH420 V2 Ultra EX ARGB AIO ile Cinebench R15 çok çekirdekli döngü testi sırasında iyi bir şekilde sürdürülen, gazsız bir performans sergiliyor.
Cinebench R15 çok çekirdekli döngüsünü çalıştırırken, Ryzen 7 9700X 88 W tüketirken 5,5 GHz artışa ulaşabilir. Bu frekansta, ortalama çekirdek sıcaklıkları 57,7 °C'ye ulaştı ve Tdie 59,6 °C'de zirve yaptı. Çekirdekler, çalışma sırasında 79 W ve 52,8 °C'de ortalama 4,4 GHz.
Ryzen 7 9700X, 65 W ile sınırlandırılmış Ryzen 7 7700X ile karşılaştırıldığında neredeyse aynı saatler ve güç kullanımı gösteriyor. Ancak Ryzen 7 9700X, Zen 4'e kıyasla bu değerlere önemli ölçüde daha düşük çalışma sıcaklığında ulaşıyor.

AIDA64 CPU testleri karışık bir tablo sunuyor. Tam olarak bir liste başı olmasa da Ryzen 7 9700X, CPU AES, FP32 Ray-Trace ve FP64 Ray-Trace testlerinde Core i5-14600K'yı ve hatta Core i9-14900K'yı ikna edici bir şekilde yenerken, sadece Ryzen 9 7950X ve Ryzen 9 7950X3D.
