The PWM usage seems the only downside of this screen but above 65 cd/m² the pulsations are with limited amplitude which makes the panel comfortable for long hours of work. The performance is on point. The Ryzen 7 8845HS can sustain around 4.00 GHz during max loads in “Performance” or “Auto” mode.

EN→TRThe Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5i (14″, Gen 8) is a nice offer in its class. It has an aluminum build and the device is suitable for almost everyone thanks to the stealthy look and clean design. The performance is good because of the potent cooling solutions with two fans and two heat pipes. Our device has the Core i5-13500H which can be a serious challenge for a lot of thin machines with its 16 threads, 18MB of cache, and a 45W TDP. Despite the laptop’s low weight and 15.99 mm profile, the CPU can sustain a 3.25 GHz P core clock and a 55W power limit under long processor loads which is a serious achievement. The optional 2.8K IPS display (LEN140WQ+ (LEN8AAA)) should be another key selling point. It has a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 120 Hz refresh rate. It boasts 100% sRGB and 85% DCP-P3 coverage.

It’s not just the Pro moniker; this device is truly geared for professional tasks with all necessary ports and a military-certified chassis. The Pro 5’s AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS CPU is quite powerful, trailing just 7% behind the new AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370. While the latter boasts a 50 TOPS NPU (currently underutilized), you can equip the IdeaPad Pro 5 with a GeForce RTX 4050, doubling HX 370’s INT8 peak AI performance. Surprisingly, this RTX 4050 variant operates at 100W TGP, despite official specs listing it at 80W. The OLED display is another highlight, offering a 120 Hz refresh rate for smoother motion, high brightness, and accurate colors with our Design and Gaming profile.

Now we found what we were looking for, with the last review of these four, the one for the Intel version of the Pro lineup, called 16IMH9.IdeaPad Pro 5i 16IMH9 looks just like Slim 5i 16IMH9 but it’s much more powerful in both CPU, GPU, and AI performance, even when comparing configurations with the same CPU and GPU. Moreover, Pro 5i is better equipped in terms of ports – again, they look the same, but here we have Thunderbolt 4, USB 3.2 Gen 2×2, and HDMI 2.1. Also, the screen is much more color-accurate, and you can order it with 2.5K IPS panel option as well.

Ryzen AI 7 350: Ekim 2024'te piyasaya çıkan nispeten güçlü bir Strix Point ailesi işlemcisi. Hibrit mimarili APU, Radeon 880M grafik adaptörü ve 50 TOPS XDNA 2 sinir motoru ile birlikte 5,0 GHz'e kadar çalışan 8 CPU çekirdeğine (Zen 5 ve Zen 5c çekirdeklerinin bir karışımı) sahiptir. AMD Secure Processor (özetle paket üstü ARM yardımcı işlemcisi) ve AMD-Vi gibi birkaç diğer üst düzey özellik de yerleşiktir.
